How do I register?
There are two ways to register for our Membership Plans. You can call in to the practice where one of the team will go through the forms with you. Alternatively, you can call the practice and we will email you a link so you can complete the forms at home.
Direct Debits are collected from your account on the 8th of every month. Benefit from cover will commence from the 1st of the month (Effective month on the dentist/patient Agreement).

Membership of Pontcanna Dental, priced at just £25.75 a month, enables you to make great savings on dental treatment and have the added comfort that you can seek assitance in the event of a dental accident or an emergency. Plus you will receive up to 20% off any treatement that you need. You can apply online and you do not need to be dentally fit to join. Membership is limited so don't miss out!
We are now offering the Enhanced Membership Plan for those who need a little extra attention. The Enhanced Plan includes two extra hygiene treatments per year and is priced at just £38.75 a month.

Terms and conditions
- The pontcannadental membership is open to adult patients.
- All patients must have had a full examination at Pontcanna dental care prior to joining our pontcannadental membership
- Payment is made by monthly Direct Debit
- If the Direct Debit is cancelled within one year then full treatment fees will need to be paid retrospectively for benefits already received
- Once you have been a member of the plan for six months paying by monthly Direct Debit you will be entitled to free dental care for your child. This benefit extends to one child per parent. (Please talk to us if you have more than two children). This includes examinations, oral hygiene advice including fissure sealants, fillings and extractions on baby teeth (up to two per year).
- Extensive treatment or treatment required on adult teeth will be charged separately. Children covered by this benefit must be under 18 years of age and are only covered whilst membership of the parents is maintained.
- Benefits include a hygienist appointment every six months of membership term
- Terms and conditions are reviewed every six months and are subject to change
- To be able to offer these fantastic benefits membership is strictly limited and benefits can be reviewed at any time
- There is an initial £9.50 registration fee payable with the first Direct DebitThe worldwide Dental Trauma and Emergency Callout insurance included in your membership will start once your first payment has been collected.
